Custom Software
Web platforms, internal tools and APIs shaped around how your team actually works — not how a template thinks it should.
Custom software · Cloud · AI
SSJ-Pulse Enterprise designs, builds and runs custom software, cloud platforms and AI automation — for teams that can’t afford to slow down.
Built with tools your team already trusts
What we do
From the first whiteboard sketch to the 3 a.m. alert nobody wants — we cover the full lifecycle of the software your business runs on.
Web platforms, internal tools and APIs shaped around how your team actually works — not how a template thinks it should.
iOS, Android and cross-platform apps with offline-first data, push notifications and store releases handled end to end.
Infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and cost control on AWS, Azure or GCP — engineered for uptime you can measure.
Document processing, assistants and workflow bots that remove the repetitive work — with guardrails and human review.
Pipelines, warehouses and dashboards that turn scattered spreadsheets into one number your leadership can trust.
Audits, monitoring, backups and a managed helpdesk with a two-hour first response, so incidents get fixed quietly.
Out of the box
Four questions, no sign-up. We’ll suggest a sensible first sprint — and you can send it straight to us as a brief.

Why SSJ-Pulse
We keep engagements deliberately small: a lead engineer, a designer and a delivery partner who knows your business. You talk to the people writing the code.
Every Friday you see something clickable — not a status report.
Clear deliverables, clear price. Change requests are quoted before work starts.
Code, infrastructure and documentation live in your accounts from day one.
How we work
Four phases, each with a defined output you can hold us to.
Workshops, user interviews and a technical audit. We turn the problem into a scope document and an architecture sketch.
You get: scope, architecture, fixed estimate
Clickable prototypes and a design system, tested with real users before a single line of production code.
You get: prototype, design system, test notes
Two-week sprints with demos, automated tests, staging environments and a burn-down you can check any day.
You get: working software, tests, staging
Zero-downtime release, monitoring dashboards, training and an optional retainer for support and new features.
You get: release, monitoring, handover
Who we are
SSJ-Pulse Enterprise started with a simple frustration: too much software gets handed over and immediately abandoned. We build the opposite — systems that are documented, monitored and pleasant to inherit.
Today we’re a distributed team of engineers, designers and delivery leads working with founders, scale-ups and operations teams across time zones.
Plain-language plans, honest estimates, no jargon padding.
Tested, documented code we’d be happy to inherit ourselves.
The same team from kickoff to year three.
Questions
Still curious? Email [email protected] — a real engineer answers.
A 30-minute call, then a paid two-week discovery. You leave discovery with a scope document, architecture sketch and a fixed estimate — whether or not you continue with us.
Discovery starts at a fixed fee. Build projects are quoted per sprint with a team size agreed up front, so you always know the monthly run rate before you commit.
Usually within three weeks: a clickable prototype first, then a deployed staging build by the end of sprint two. Every Friday demo is on real, running software.
Yes — completely. Repositories, cloud accounts and third-party subscriptions are created in your name from day one. If we part ways, you keep everything and can hire anyone to continue.
Least-privilege access, encrypted transport, secrets kept out of code and dependency scanning in CI. This site’s contact form is stateless: it validates your message and emails it to us — no database, no queries and no stored copy on the web server.
You can take the keys and run it yourself, or choose a support retainer covering monitoring, security patching, backups and a monthly improvement budget.
